What we collect
When you submit the application form, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website or Instagram, business type, city or region, whether you run paid ads, your primary goal, preferred language, the business problem you describe and any additional notes.
Why we collect it
This information is used only to evaluate your application for a Panquaya pilot implementation and to contact you about it. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Applications are stored securely in Panquaya's private database and are accessible only to Panquaya. A notification of your application is also sent to hello@panquaya.com.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on them, and then delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by writing to hello@panquaya.com.
